June 2010: "I had my first (hopefully of many, and hopefully all for ‘maintenance’), visit with you and your staff yesterday, and I wanted to thank you for putting me at ease, keeping me informed, engaging me in the process of helping maintain the lower half of my cranium.  It was my pleasure visiting—the staff was friendly, professional, informative, and your collegial style relaxing.  I could not have been more pleased.  Thanks—see you again in a few weeks; I am glad my lovely fiancée twisted my arm and motivated me to come to you.      Chris W
